Thanks so much for visiting, I hope you find something you like!

Domestic orders are sent out using UK Royal Mail 2nd class and international orders are sent using Royal Mail international standard large letter. Please note if your order includes larger items like omanjuu, it will be shipped as a small parcel.

EU customers I recommend  ordering from my Etsy store instead. Drop me a note when checking out on Etsy and I can still include freebies with your order! (You can still order from here, but you will have to pay extra VAT fees to release your item from customs)

Do you ship to my country?
I'm based in the UK but shipping is worldwide. All prices are in GBP. PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply for international orders. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
I usually dispatch non-tracked orders every 2-3 days, and tracked orders once per week. See below for estimated delivery time after an order is dispatched.

Is there tracking?
There is no tracking with orders by default. It is rare, but it is possible for non-tracked international packages to be lost. Please select the tracked shipping option at checkout if you would like tracking!

When will my pre-order arrive?
Please check the item description for approximate shipping dates for items that are currently in production!
If you ordered in-stock items along with a pre-order, they will all be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

I wrote the wrong address...
 Please contact me immediately with the corrected address! Once your order has been shipped, postage fees cannot be refunded.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges. If your item was broken in transit, please contact me about replacement!
